Tariff changes, supplier concentration and long lead times have made single-origin sourcing fragile. But moving a product line is not a matter of finding a cheaper quote: the new origin has to pass duty, compliance, quality, capacity and logistics tests — and the comparison has to be made on the same basis. That is the work we do.
